We stayed here for with our three littles so we could attend a family wedding at the dunes club. Perfect amount of space for us and great location. The house is stacked with everything you need for the beach and pool trips. Would recommend to anyone!

Jarrett’s place was gorgeous, comfortable and had incredible walking proximity to everything Livingston Manor has to offer. Could not have had a more fun and relaxing weekend, but regret not being able to put that incredible kitchen to use! Highly recommend.

The house was gorgeous and absolutely spotless. My family and felt completely comfortable and right at home. We had a lovely little cookout followed by karaoke on the projector. Wish we had enough time for a board game! 5 stars all the way! 💖

Great stay! Very clean and awesome lake access. Paddle boards were well loved by my family! We have three kids under 3 who loved the toys and pool. Small soaking area in the pool was perfect for the babies! Minor issues with pool heat were handled very well, host is easy to contact. We will be back!

We had the best time. Area was beautiful and the house was cozy and clean. The dock and boat house were a great way to enjoy the lake. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay at Jarrett's place. Very picturesque location right on the lake, with steps to get down to the water / dock. Several outdoor areas to use, all of which look out at the lake, and are a great way to take in the sunset, read a book, etc. The house itself is pretty spacious and comfortable. The location is also very convenient, close to Danbury and its nearby conveniences, but still tucked away so you feel you're closer to nature. Jarrett was very responsive and a great host!

the house was beautiful and very clean. nice size bedrooms the kids loved the bunk beds. The lake and pool were wonderful! Was nice that they lake came with the canoes and paddleboards. So much space to hang out on the main floor as well as in the basement. The kids and the adults loved the basement with all the different activities. Jarrett was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property did have a lot of stairs to get from the house to the pool to the lake which was a little difficult but overall definitely recommend this house and would love to come back!

Just returned home from a much needed weekend getaway at this charming farmhouse. We loved staying here. The setting is gorgeous and extremely private. There are zero sounds (besides nature!) and light pollution so we could see stars and listen to the end of summer crickets at night. We slept soundly in the comfy master bed. The house has a wonderful, warm feel and is a great place to settle in to unwind. The pickleball courts were a huge hit and several of us used the pool. Jarrett was a great host and communicated quickly. Highly recommend this beautiful haven in the woods!

We had a nice stay at Jarrett's home in Narrowsburg. We all love playing pickle ball and really loved having the court on the property. The pool was chilly, even on 90 degree August days, but Jarrett worked very hard to get the heater working, but was unable to do so for our stay. The house is very comfortable and beautiful. The A/C works great. The beds are very comfy. We had a very nice time!

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great for family. Tons of activities to do. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
